Role: Collection Manager

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

CTC: ₹5 – ₹6 LPA (plus attractive incentives)

Key Responsibilities:

 • Lead and manage a team of collection officers/agency partners for achieving recovery targets.

 • Monitor and drive collections performance across allocated portfolio.

 • Handle hard bucket cases with strategic planning and field interventions.

 • Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.

 • Regular portfolio review, reporting, and MIS updation.

 • Develop effective recovery strategies for two-wheeler, consumer, and other retail loan products.

Requirements:

 • Graduate/ Post graduate 

 • 2-3 years of experience would be good and in auto loan would be more important 

 • Strong exposure to two-wheeler loan portfolio and hard bucket collections.

 • Ability to manage field collections, agencies, and team handling.

 • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

 • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
